The Education Project
The Education Project is a
non-profit organization that is providing high-quality
remote tutoring and mentorship to students in need,
completely free of
cost. Currently, they've connected over 200 volunteer
university students
from across the country (from colleges like Cornell and
Johns Hopkins) with
K-12 students, and dozens of tutors are still available.
With
schools in Toledo so heavily
impacted by COVID-19, The Education Project is
looking to serve students
that might benefit from extra help. If you would
like your children to
receive any mentoring with academics, in first
semester and beyond, you can
sign-up at theeduproject.net. Students can easily customize
which subjects they'd
like to learn and The Education Project team will take the
greatest care to
match them with a tutor that excels in those areas!"
