The second runner-up was Whitney Hughes who attends Jones
Leadership Academy of Business and was escorted by Nassir
Reeves. The first runner-up was Lauren Baker who attends
Springfield High School and was escorted by Shane Jacobs.
Chloe Smallwood won Ms. Congeniality and received a sterling
silver bracelet from Henry’s Jewelers. She attends
Perrysburg High School and escorted by Andrew Smallwood.
John Reynolds earned Mr. Escort and Russell Chapman III
earned the first runner-up for Mr. Escort.
