Gamma Phi Deltas
Commemorate George Floyd’s Murder
The members of Gamma Phi Delta Sorority
spent eight minutes and 46 seconds on the MLK Bridge last
Saturday evening starting at 8:46 p.m. to commemorate the
murder of George Floyd at the knee of a Minneapolis police
officer last month.
The sorority members stood in solidarity
with the rest of the Gamma chapters in the Northern Region
who held similar ceremonies at the same time.
