2020 Annual Youth Skate Day – Winter Wonderland
Councilman Tyrone Riley invited the community to attend his
2020 Annual Youth Ice Skate Day - Winter Wonderland. This
free event was held on Saturday, February 22, 2020 at Ottawa
Park Ice Rink from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. with a special
appearance by the Walleye’s very own Spike!
“As a
youth, I wanted to visit the Ottawa Park Ice Rink, but for
no particular reason the opportunity never presented
itself. I am providing an opportunity for youth and family
members to experience the fun and excitement of ice
skating. This event is to encourage youth to learn and
experience a new sport, while having a fun and enjoyable
time with others in the community,” Councilman Riley
explained.
The event
will included admission, skate rental and hot chocolate.
