Urban Furs, a Detroit-based furrier that has supplied coats for
celebrities such as Kash Doll, showcased their new line of
colorful furs on the runway. Toledo-based shops, Kustom
Kouture and Eden Couture, made quite the impression with
their upscale evening wear for ladies and gentlemen.
Autumn Gineen brought a fun and playful esthetic to the show with
female models donning her custom shoes and jewelry pieces.
Fab By India Ashley had the crowd ready for summer with
fitted swimwear for the average and plus-sized woman.
Mia Ray Collection, who debuted her line at the beauty expo,
brought casual and clubwear to the fore. Femme Porter from
Cincinnati had the models sporting active wear that looked
comfortable and chic. Veteran line, EMJ1 Sportswear, came
with a signature line that looked hot for the summer.
The show concluded with a tribute to recently deceased designer
and fashion enthusiast Damar Grier of Fly Junkie by having
all the models wear clothing from his popular line.
