Calvary Baptist Hosts Back to School Festival
On Saturday, August 10,
Calvary Baptist Church held its annual backpack giveaway
that was, as usual, much more than a back pack giveaway.
Vendors, hot dogs, games
for children and music by the Glass City Disciples were also
a part of the day’s activities for guests. At 2 pm, the
church gave away more than 200 back packs loaded with school
supplies.
Calvary is under the
leadership of Pastor Floyd Smith.
