Health Department Offers Free Beginner Tai Chi Classes
The Toledo-Lucas County
Health Department is providing an updated Tai Chi class
location list for residents 60 years of age and older.
Tai Ji Quan: Moving for
Better Balance, focuses on improving functional abilities
such as balance and coordination, in order to prevent falls,
while improving physical health and enhancing mental focus.
