IMA Presents Donation to Agencies Helping the Homeless
The Interdenominational
Ministerial Alliance donated funds to three area agencies on
Monday, December 3, 2018. Cedric Brock, president of the IMA,
noting that the effort by the assorted participating
churches was directed to helping the homeless of the area,
praised the recipients. “They touch the immediate impact of
the homeless,” he said at the onset of the monthly meeting.

The funds of $500 each
were donated to the MLK Jr, Kitchen for the Poor; the Cherry
Street Mission and Family House.
Harvey Savage, Jr.,
executive director of the Kitchen for the Poor, thanked the
IMA for their donation. “I want to thank the IMA for what
they are doing,” he said. “They are exhibiting leadership in
the community.”
