just need to enter a video of their story for consideration.
List'n Sell owner Engelo Rumora is the man behind this
magical gift.
Born in Sydney, Australia, Rumora moved to Northwest Ohio in
2013 to pursue real estate. The entrepreneur wants to give
back to those in need this holiday season, saying, "Toledo
has been good to me and my numerous companies, and I feel
that I'm at a stage now in my business endeavors where it's
time to start giving back.”
Rumora has renovated a house in south Toledo and is giving
it away to a family in need this December.
The rules of the contest are straightforward. “Simply send
in a video entry explaining why you should receive the free
home,” said Rumora. “The community then weighs in and votes
on who they think it most deserving of the home.”
