with various audiences and civic leaders. In addition,
board members are asked to assist with development
activities and to make annual contributions to Ohio

Ohioans interpret the past, imagine the future, and define
individual values. Providing financial support through
grants for community projects, exhibits, and activities,
Ohio Humanities partners with cultural organizations to
present book festivals and public activities, and to promote
heritage tourism in Ohio.
