Reynolds, whose passion to
help medical professionals find confidence in themselves, is
a career success coach who has held positions as an
instructor at the University of Toledo, a vocational
specialist at Harbor Career Connections and a career coach
at Pathways, Inc (formerly the Economic Opportunity Planning
Association of Greater Toledo, Inc)
A Dale Carnegie graduate,
Reynolds earned her master of education degree from UT and
holds a Licensed Minister Credential from International
Bible Way Church of Jesus Christ, Inc. She has been featured
on WTOL Channel 11 News offering job tips.
“I’ve always worked with
LPN’s,” says Reynolds of her long-time service to medical
professionals. For a number of years, Reynolds partnered
with Toledo Public Schools “to provide insight on employment
to nursing students.”
“We’ve never had anything
like this before,” said one former class participant of the
instruction Reynolds provided in helping the job seeker
secure employment.

of handling questions. “What to answer and what that other
person may be thinking.”
