Little Generation Day Care Center focuses on Ohio’s Pre-K
standards, which includes but not limited to: alphabets and
numbers, colors and shapes, Spanish and American Sign
Language, phonics, science experiences, also arts and
crafts.
Little Generation employs 27 full and part-time employees –
the classroom staff all have at least associate degrees,
some have bachelors and some are working on their masters.
Green attributes the success of her operations to nothing
less than hard work.
“We’re doing extremely well because we put work into it,”
she says.
She advises others who might be contemplating striking out
on their own, whatever the business might be, to do the
same.
“Do your homework, prepare for hard work and remember … the
business doesn’t run itself,” she says.
