Toledoans Flock to the 10th Annual African
American Festival
Soulcial Scene Staff
Thousands of Toledo-area
residents, along with folks from such far-flung locales as
Atlanta, GA, turned out for the 10th annual
African American Fest during the weekend of July 18-19.
A prayer breakfast, a
parade and two days of food, rides and music kept the crowds
busy and entertained.
The Festival, organized by
the Toledo Urban Federal Credit Union, was held at The
University of Toledo’s Scott Park Campus.
